SECTION 3 – FOOD PRODUCTS & ALLERGENS

Many of our products are manufactured by third-party companies and may contain or be processed in facilities that handle common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, eggs, and other allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient labels and allergen information before consuming any product.

Mexican Latin Store is not responsible for allergic reactions, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities.

Product expiration dates are provided by the manufacturer. Products are shipped within their labeled shelf life unless otherwise disclosed.

SECTION 4 – CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65

Certain products sold by Mexican Latin Store may require a California Proposition 65 warning.

Where applicable, these warnings will be displayed on the product page or product packaging in accordance with California law.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if we believe:

  • Fraudulent activity has occurred.

  • Payment cannot be verified.

  • Inventory is unavailable.

  • Pricing errors exist.

  • Abuse of discounts or promotions is suspected.

Commercial resale orders may also be refused at our discretion.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Customers agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur because of:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service and forms part of this agreement.

Certain food products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

All website content, including logos, graphics, images, product photography, text, designs, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Mexican Latin Store.

Shopify is not responsible for disputes arising from purchases made through our store.
